The planning and execution of this project is immensely complicated and very costly. It is a full time job for an employee helped by many volunteers. ADANA is an association that does not receive any financial help other than membership contributions and donations. We cannot possibly divert any of this money from our animals to the Camino Project.

But for many, who are willing to give their time and effort to come with us, and to help us make this walk successful 380€ per week is too much money, and we can understand that perfectly well.

Therefore we have now started a new personal sponsorship system. We will make a personalized form for the walker that allows walkers to raise funds for their contribution and hopefully a bit more to finance our desperately needed new Sanctuary.

You can do this programme with a group of friends, who all want to help, but cannot walk or do not wish to walk. Together you can form a "Camino Friends Group". All the members of the group give their share to contribute to the costs of one, or more walkers. You can do the same with a Club, an Association, and a company. The walkers gives their legs and the others help economically.

This way more people are involved, but one walks as a representative of the others, but all of them take part.

Anyone wanting to do this should send us their photo to: elcamino@adana.es, and also the name of one of the camino dogs they have chosen to sponsor from the list . (after the subscription I don‘t understand what this bit means do you mean that the list of dogs appears after the subscription form?)

Once we have received all the sponsorship, we will place a photo of the group or the logo of the Club, Company... on the sponsor page of our Web.
